Dutch speaking REMOTE Customer Support Agent

Your responsibilities as a Dutch Customer Support Representative:

• Assisting customers via phone, email, and live chat
• Handling inquiries regarding products, services, or technical issues
• Providing accurate and timely information to customers
• Resolving issues by identifying the best solutions in line with company policies
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently

Skills, qualifications, and interests required:

• Languages: Native-level Dutch speaker + good command of English (minimum B2)
• You need to be local in Portugal
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Previous experience in customer support or related fields is a plus
• Personal qualities:Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote setup
• Residency requirements: Portuguese residence permit or EU citizenship
